• You manage and monitor network infrastructure and components (i.e. LAN, WAN, servers, printers, switches, routers, modes, etc.)
• You support end-users in Robert Bosch Inc.
• You coordinate with colleagues in the ASEAN region for project implementation and support
• You coordinate with telecommunicatioins providers for connectivity issues
• You provide workstation adminsitration and management
• You are responsible for upgrade and maintenace of software patches according to Bosch standard systems
• You ensure that the required Bosch IT-security measures are applied and implemented
  

Your profile:

• You have a Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related field
• You have at least 2 years experience working in a similar capacity
• You have a strong technical background in networking, desktop operating systems and applications
• You have a general understanding and experience in desktop management
• You have experience working with multiple workstation types and components, as well as providing support and troubleshooting for both laptop and desktop/mobile hardware and software components 
• You have intermediate knowledge in Active Directory Management and other Windows software
• You have very good interpersonal and customer service skills, which you demonstrate by your tact and sensitivity in communicating with end-users
• You have good verbal and written English communication skills
• You have the ability to interact with individuals across different organizational levels
