Who we are - and what we do
Robert Bosch Inc. is a regional branch of the Bosch Group, a leading global manufacturer of automotive and industrial technology, consumer goods, and building technology.  In fiscal 2009, some 270,000 associates generated sales of 38.2 billion euros through its manufacturing, sales, and after-sales service network of over 300 subsidiaries and regional companies worldwide.   
Robert Bosch Inc. is a 100% subsidiary company of Robert Bosch GmbH, Germany. 

Bosch established its market presence in the Philippines over 80 years ago – 40 years of which were through its appointed agency, F.E. Zuellig Inc.  In April 1995, Robert Bosch Inc. was incorporated and has 80 employees in its Makati office to date.

Robert Bosch Inc. directly operates its major divisions in the country: Automotive Aftermarket, Automotive Original Equipment and Power Tools.  Additionally, Packaging Technology, Drive and Control, and Security Systems are represented through appointed local agents. Robert Bosch Inc. is engaged in the importation, distribution and the nationwide after-sales service facilities of its major product lines.

Today, with its country office at the Fort Legend Towers in Bonifacio Global City, and its strong corporate presence, Robert Bosch Inc. continues to build its nationwide network – underscoring its commitment of being a responsible provider of innovative technology to the Filipino.

Automotive Technology
Worldwide, Automotive Technology is the largest business sector in the Bosch Group. In 2009, sales reached € 21.7 billion.  Bosch is the world's biggest supplier of automotive technology.  In the Philippines, Robert Bosch Inc. is a major player in the automotive industry via its Automotive Aftermarket  sales division.  Likewise, the company provides the local market with Test and Workshop Equipment through the establishment of the Bosch Car Service network.

Consumer Goods and Building Technology
In 2009, the sector generated annual sales of € 11.3 billion worldwide.  This sector is represented in the Philippines by two major groups: the Power Tools and Security Systems divisions.  The power tool range offers products geared for both industrial (professional users) and do-it-yourself markets whereas the security system group focuses on video monitoring systems (CCTV) as well as communication, intrusion and integrated security systems.
